Dress the Part: Any kit or clothing that you are comfortable to play in but we must insist AstroTurf trainers or trainers. No football boots please!

Consider the weather: Sunscreen and a hat are your best friends on sunny days.

Grab a Ball: The only piece of equipment you need is a standard football which we will provide for you. So just get out there and enjoy the game.
